Summer Salads by Steven
I have no idea what Steven’s proportions were here, but this was the best meal ever. Only eat it in the summertime because it will never be better than during that time of year. Serve with tostadas.
Salad: Lettuces, nectarines, cucumber, banana chips, banana vinegar.
Corn salad: Corn, mint, charred scalions, chili peppters.
Seviche: Flounder (uncooked), lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, cilantro, jalepinos.
Smoked salmon salad: Smoked wild salmon (Alaska), roasted poblano peppers.
